1. Milk
It makes up more than 99% of cheese! Most of our milk is picked up right around the Susquehanna Valley.
Our truck bay is where the milk is unloaded.
The trucks back right in so we can test the milk and unload it.
Every load is tested before it's accepted for making cheese.
If the milk passes our tests, it is pumped into our silos and the truck is scrubbed down, inside and out.
Next we pasteurize our milk...
