Hot Swiss

Summary

Our Hot Swiss is still in a bit of a developmental stage. It is a Swiss that is similar to Pepper Jack in that it has hot peppers in it, but it is also like Swiss because of the Swiss flavor. We are still finding new ways to use it, so feel free to recommend some ideas.

To maximize flavor of our cheese, leave the cheese to warm to room temperature before eating. The warming will also give a creamier texture.
